Carrie was elected to represent Ward 8: Wilmot in 2018 and again in 2022.
She has been a Government of Prince Edward Island employee since 1999. Areas of employment experience have been with the Western School Board, English Language School Board, Treasury Board Secretariat, Department of Transportation, Infrastructure & Energy, Department of Education and Lifelong Learning and Department of Finance.
Carrie has been appointed Council Representative for Governance, Human Resources & Communications as well as Vice Chair of the Finance Committee.
Carrie is married to Shawn and they live in Meadow Heights. Carrie has two grown children (Tanner and Jasmin), one son (Caleb) still at home and a grandson, Brighton.
