Important Notes about City Council Meetings:

  • The City of Summerside Council meets for the monthly meeting on the third Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM.
  • Committee of the Whole meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM.
  • Meetings are open to the public, with the exception of In-Camera (closed door) meetings. Doors at City Hall are open 15 minutes prior to the start of all meetings.
  • Additional meetings are scheduled as required.
  • During these meetings, Council reviews, discusses, and takes action on issues that affect the City.
  • Agendas and meeting packages can be viewed below. Meeting packages are generally available online (below) by the end of the day Friday prior to the meeting. Agendas may be amended up to the start of the meeting.
