Customer Service Representative: Multipurpose Dome Facility
Part-time | $16.00 per hour

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team at the Summerside Multipurpose Dome Facility, part of Credit Union Place. This 60,000-square-foot indoor turf field—the first of its kind on PEI—operates year-round to support minor sport groups, private bookings, and community events.

What we’re looking for:
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• A team player who can also work independently
• Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills (in-person and over the phone)
• Reliability and a strong work ethic

Key Responsibilities:
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Perform general computer and administrative tasks
• Assist sport organizations and public clients
• Set up for birthday parties, sporting events, and community activities
• Check in clients for fitness classes and facility bookings
• Provide support for PD Day and Summer Camps

Assets:
• Knowledge of sports or experience in sports/recreation facilities

Requirements:
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
